Participatory Budgeting in Schools Growing to 40K Students

Some 40-thousand Arizona students at 34 schools recently participated in a project where students help decide how to spend school district funds. The project is called Participatory Budgeting and it is taking place around the world on various government levels. The students were able to use real voting equipment for their campus vote days.
