Center for the Future of Arizona adds new data, tools and resources to the Arizona Progress Meters portfolio
PHOENIX (JUNE 11, 2020) – The Center for the Future of Arizona (CFA) today announced the addition of new tools and resources to the Arizona Progress Meters portfolio. The organization significantly expanded the breadth of information available in the portfolio by adding more than 144,000 data points and its newly developed Data Profile reports featuring demographic data for Arizona and all 15 of its counties.
“Trusted, reliable and useable data are critically important to our leaders and communities. This is especially true now as Arizonans work together to rebuild a stronger and more resilient Arizona,” said Sybil Francis, President & CEO, Center for the Future of Arizona. “Our introduction of new data and reporting tools is the culmination of a multi-year effort undertaken by CFA to deliver broad access to meaningful information connected to the issues that matter most to Arizonans and the future of our state.”
The Arizona We Want Progress Meters portfolio includes eight distinct progress meter tools, more than 70 related metrics, interactive online dashboards and downloadable reports with state and county data. Free, on-demand access to CFA’s Progress Meters portfolio is available here: Arizona Progress Meters.
CFA’s Progress Meters equip state and community leaders with data essential to decision making and reveal where Arizona and its communities stand on Jobs, Education, Health and Well-being, Natural Resources, Infrastructure, Civic Participation and Connected Communities. In late 2020, CFA plans to release a Young Talent Progress Meter to complete the data build-out of its current portfolio of eight progress meters.
