Peter Boyle has been promoted to Senior Director of Education. An experienced teacher, school founder and principal, and broadly recognized leader in education, Peter’s strategic vision and commitment to excellence have been invaluable to CFA – first as a Coach and Facilitator for CFA’s Beat the Odds School Leadership Academy (BTO Academy), and since joining the organization full-time in 2020 as Director of Educational Leadership & Innovation. Among many achievements toward creating more excellent and equitable outcomes for all Arizona students, Peter has led the statewide expansions and accelerated participation in CFA’s BTO Academy and Arizona Personalized Learning Network initiatives.
“Through his work at CFA, Peter has advanced education in Arizona by helping partners create better quality schools, improve outcomes, and reimagine learning with students at the center. His dedication and enthusiasm for shaping the future of education — coupled with his extensive successful experience in the field — has impacted hundreds of school leaders and thousands of students,” said Dr. Amanda Burke, who serves as CFA’s Executive Vice President and will continue working closely with Peter on education initiatives. “I look forward to the significant contributions he will undoubtedly make in his new position.”
As Senior Director of Education, Peter will lead the organization’s comprehensive education strategy with a focus on leadership, the future of learning, and career-connected pathways in partnership with CFA’s team of educational experts. He will also advance special projects, evaluate outcomes, and identify new opportunities to drive equity and excellence across Arizona’s education system.
