Jessica Normoyle

I’m a Tucson native who has been supporting workforce development and economic mobility in Southern Arizona for 6 years. I joined JobPath in 2020 as the director of operations. Prior to that, I worked with Pima Community College in a variety of roles that focused on supporting community and workforce needs. Supporting economic development and helping community members find careers that support better more prosperous lives is my passion. Since joining JobPath, I have helped double the number of participants we serve, built partnerships that focus on 2Gen supports, and support economic development through educating community members about their career opportunities. In my free time, I like to garden, build terrariums, and travel.
