Karla Morales

Karla Bernal Morales leads the Arizona Technology Council’s southern Arizona operations. Karla brings more than 25 years of experience in the region’s education, nonprofit and governmental communities. Formerly, Karla was the Director for the Office of Multicultural Advancement in the Office of the Provost at the University of Arizona. As the liaison for the University’s Diversity Councils, she facilitated the relationship between community and university senior leadership to advance diversity, equity & inclusion efforts. Karla also supported UArizona’s government and community relations for the southern Arizona region.

Karla earned her bachelor’s of science in education from the University of Arizona as well as a Masters in Business Administration. She serves at the Chairwoman for the Tucson Hispanic Chamber, Campus Research Corporation board, and Pima County’s Workforce Investment Board.
